We provide lifetime guarantees on Stratum Designs LTD products, when ordered directly from us whether online or over the phone, and limited to domestic users only. 

In the unlikely scenario you find a problem with your choice of product you have no cause for concern. A few initial checks will usually solve the issue. (fixings can be tightened, fuses and bulbs changed, and surface care guides are provided). If the issue persists, please follow the following steps, and we will resolve the issue for you.

1. Home-repair: If it's a simple issue, contact us by phone or email. We will send you the necessary components to make your piece new, and include detailed instructions that we can talk you through if it helps.

2. Stratum Designs repair: In the case that the piece needs fixing, we will repair it at our workshop in Devoran, Cornwall.

3. Replace and recycle: If we can’t repair your piece, we will replace it and reuse materials from the original, giving it the second life it deserves.
