As we are a small team, each product is handcrafted by one of us as soon as the order comes in. We don’t have products sat in a warehouse waiting to be shipped as this would require a lot of space and also we love to give our customers ‘fresh’ products.

When we receive an order, we start making it here, in our workshop in Cornwall, UK. We start by ordering any materials we may need, hand making the product itself, applying any finish and package it using 100% recyclable packaging. Because of this, our products have a lead time of 6-8 weeks.

Throughout the process, you will receive updates via email (and text if you provide us with your mobile phone number) and eventually a delivery date and time from our courier. If for any reason the date and/or time doesn't fit with your schedule, there will be an opportunity to change them.

Economy shipping is always free and involves our courier service providing a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If it’s a large item, you may need to help lift and move it. Generally our products can be ‘installed’ yourself - just pop them down in the room where you want them (i.e. Tables and benches) or some simple DIY is required (i.e. wall mounting). If this isn’t something you’re happy to do, let us know and we can advise.

However if you wish to opt for a more personalised delivery, there will be an additional fee which will be calculated after your order is placed. But make sure you get in touch to let us know!

International orders:

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, your final checkout price will not include delivery. Once your order is placed we will then calculate a price using your delivery address and type of delivery you require.

Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland:

Due to the ongoing Brexit transition, if you are a customer in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, you will now be liable to cover and import charges. If you have any questions, let us know.


We hope that your product is loved and brings joy to your home. But, if this isn’t the case or you change your mind, we can accept returns. We are happy to provide a refund or exchange, but only if the product is still in its original packaging and is within 14 days of your delivery date. If you have exceeded the 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return a product please contact us via email with as much information as possible. We will do our best to reply within 48 hours. You will be responsible for covering the cost of the return, but organising it is something we can do through our courier service. If your returned product isn’t in its original ‘fresh’ condition, is damaged or returned more than 30 days after its original delivery date, you will only qualify for a partial refund.

All our products are made from natural materials which means their appearance will vary from product to product. We do not accept returns or refunds based on natural variations.

We make sure every product that leaves our workshop is properly packaged to ensure it arrives safely. It is your responsibility to inspect each product upon delivery, therefore if you notice any damage to the packaging or the product itself, you shouldn’t sign for it. Please take some photographs and contact us as soon as possible.
